During my time at Dublin Tech Summit, I had the chance to moderate a couple of panels. One of them was on “How to solve SaaS Complexity.” One of the panelists was Jody Glidden, the CEO & Co-founder of Introhive, and he also agreed to have a one-to-one video interview.
During our interview, Jody told how CRM evolved since his time in Blackberry, how Introhive helps business sales teams monitor their client relationships, and how it is to manage and accommodate employees’ needs in such a large company.
