RoboCon, the face-to-face conference returns to Helsinki From 19 to 20 January 

Two days to discuss innovation and technology with an online event in March

RoboCon 2023 returns live, after last year’s edition, with an in-person event in Helsinki, where all talks and other content will be live at the Bio Rex on January 19 and 20, 2023. The online conference will take place from March 1 to March 3 with fully streaming content. An organization that, according to the organizers, allows you to interact with people first on-site and then online thoroughly. This way, you can have the best of both worlds and truly bring guests together. It starts on January 19 with Ed Manlove, a Robot Framework community member and leader dedicated to building up the community. He has been a part of the Robot Framework community since 2011. Currently, he is a member of the SeleniumLibrary team and helps lead the ecosystem of projects around web testing using Selenium. 

Most recently, Ed has been a Robot Framework Coach and Mentor, consulting with a few clients and creating targeted robot training courses for them. Poi René Rohner is a Senior Consultant for Testing Systems, Product Owner of the Value Stream Test Automation at imbus in Germany and Chairman of the board of Robot Framework Foundation.

He is a member of the Core Team of Robot Framework Browser and a developer of Robot Framework DataDriver. He is a trainer and coach for Keyword-Driven Testing in multiple small and huge projects in Germany. E Pekka Klärck is a tester, developer and independent consultant from Finland with experience in testing and test automation since 2000. He is the lead developer of Robot Framework and thus knows the framework and the ecosystem around it extremely well.

Many Kasiriha, a QA Engineer at DB Schenker, will have a session about “To infinity and beyond” – Serverless scaling with AWS Lambda, while Katarina Partti and Jenna Lindroos will speak on The tales of the robot developers – how to make friends as a consultant. All the other speeches are on the official website. RoboCon is organized by Robot Framework Foundation, a non-profit consortium that fosters the growth of Robot Framework. Companies founded it with a common interest to ensure the development of Robot Framework now and in the future.
