Is our phone spying on us?

In today’s hyper-connected world, smartphones have become our most beloved companions, integrating into every aspect of our lives. However, with this convenience comes a concern – the ongoing threat of surveillance. Have you ever thought that you are being watched with everything that you do online? If you ever mention a product, later that same product appears sponsored in your feed. It seems like we are being spied on everything that we do.

In my recent video on cyber awareness, I explain the unsettling reality of how our smartphones can unwittingly spy on us. From location tracking to listening to everything we say, these devices often operate as silent observers, collecting lots of personal information. That is why we must understand the scope of this digital intrusion and take proactive measures to safeguard our privacy.

But fear not, as knowledge is our greatest defense against digital intrusion. From adjusting privacy settings to regularly auditing app permissions, there are crucial steps we can all take to mitigate the risks of smartphone spying. By embracing a proactive approach to cyber awareness, we can confidently navigate the digital landscape, ensuring that our smartphones serve us rather than exploit our personal information.
