TMRW Conference: Three days devoted to blockchain, AI, and innovation

The TMRW Conference took place for the first time in Dubai, offering three days dedicated to blockchain development, the future of Metaverse, NFT utilization, AI, and many more innovative technologies.

The largest emerging tech event was hosted from February 8th to 10th, 2023, at Dubai Festival City, and it was a great networking opportunity. More than 2,000 visitors participated in the conference, while there were also 10,000 online viewers worldwide. Back in 2022, the TMRW conference was hosted in Belgrade, one of the first held offline after the pandemic. Now, the three-day conference debuted in Dubai by welcoming 80 internationally acclaimed tech experts.

The conference speakers presented their keynotes in fields such as autonomous driving and building, artificial intelligence, ChatGPT, virtual reality, fashion in the Metaverse, innovation in blockchain technology, and cybersecurity issues. Various workshops and discussion panels were also hosted at TMRW Conference, bringing the latest trends and provoking interesting discussions among the speakers. The original scenery created by the organizers, with the special effects immersed in smoke, pyrotechnics, and graphics, stole the impressions.

The largest emerging tech event

“I want to thank everyone who supported us at our Dubai debut; our amazing speakers, partners, media, and audience. Our goal has always been to connect our visitors with the greatest global minds, inspire the to move forward, and bring the future closer. We are working hard to bring the highest quality programming alongside incredible productions while providing networking opportunities to everyone involved. And we’re happy to be able to do it around the world. We are proud to announce our second Belgrade edition from May 12th till 14th, which will be our biggest event so far, and I would like to invite everyone to join us!” said Mladjen Merdovic, Founder and CEO of the TMRW conference.

Dubai’s important role in technology and innovation was highlighted during the conference by Marwan Alzarouni, Strategic Advisor at Digital Dubai. He described Dubai as a “hub of tech”, extensively presenting the latest developments in the technology sectors in the region. From his side, Khalifa Al Jaziri Alshehhi, advisor of the Ministry of Economy, demonstrated the first Ministry’s presence in the Metaverse. He also presented their vision of how this innovative project could be evolved soon.

The future of blockchain and Metaverse

During the panel discussions, speakers mainly presented their insights on blockchain developments and talked about the future of Metaverse. Also, they emphasized the potential of Web3 and discussed the regulatory frameworks for digital and virtual assets.

“We have this technology, which is super powerful to create text, voice, audio, virtual worlds, assets, anything on the fly just with your voice. That will create Metaverse and bring it faster than through coding,” said Mark Van Rijmenam, The Digital Speaker, talking about generative AI.

“The idea is to make comic books and video games presenting our view that technology should be in line with spirituality and humanity, and it should be observed strictly as a tool and not the driving force. Humanity’s humanity should be the driving force. Otherwise, the technology can get instrumentalized instead of becoming decentralized”, claimed in his keynote Dusan Zica, CEO & CTO of the NFT Comic Book 2142.

The second Belgrade edition of the TMRW conference is scheduled for May 12 – 14, 2023 and has piqued the interest of several speakers and techies, who are rushing to secure a seat.
