HerBizz International 2025: AI, Web3 & Media – From Vision to Victory

HerBizz International successfully hosted its flagship event, AI, Web3 & Media – From Vision to Victory, bringing together a powerful network of innovators, thought leaders, and changemakers to explore the evolving intersection of technology, leadership, and female empowerment.

The evening was a celebration of visionary thinking, meaningful dialogue, and the growing influence of women in the tech and media landscape. With a compelling lineup of speakers and a vibrant community of participants, the event lived up to its theme – moving from inspiration to action.

Distinguished speakers included:

Michaela Ernst | Elena Ardelean | Ramona Bordea Nazarov | Mila Georgieva | Walter Moesenbacher | Kambis Kohansal Vajargah | Martina Ernst, MBA | Inga Alika | Victoria Davies | Jan Frelek | Regine (Gina) Eitelbös | Yvonne Poul

A standout moment was the keynote delivered by Michaela Ernst, co-founder of Sheconomy magazine. Her talk sparked powerful reflection and reaffirmed that confidence, clarity, and courage are the real drivers of change in the digital era.

Key insights shared during the event included:

* “Done is better than perfect” – embracing the 70% rule to prioritize momentum over perfectionism.

AI:

* AI is a business enabler driving transformation across functions, but there’s a shortage of skilled talent to support this growth. A strong call to empower youth in shaping AI to ensure inclusivity and equity is necessary.

* By 2035, managers may begin their day with a digital twin, a personalized AI assistant that has already analyzed key data and presented strategic options. Leaders will increasingly manage both people and machines, making emotional intelligence, ethical decision-making, and tech fluency essential leadership skills.

Web3 & Start-ups:

* Female leaders are increasingly visible in finance, blockchain, and executive roles in Vienna and globally. Web3 is an evolving market with a wide range of possibilities.

* Only 2 out of 10 startups become truly successful; product-market fit and strong, complementary founding teams are crucial. Scaling gap remains a challenge – many founders still seek large-scale funding outside Europe.

* Focus on value to the company, not just personal confidence and be the CEO of Your Own Life.

Career you deserve:

* Know the market value of the role, use the salary sandwich method:

* Start with what you’re good at

* State your salary expectations (aim high)

* End with what you offer the company.

Media:

* By 2045, Beta Babies (born after 2020) will have grown up fully immersed in AI and technology. It is uncertain whether traditional universities, as we know them today, will even still exist.

HerStory:

* Mindset matters: say it, then it is.

HerBizz International extends its deepest gratitude to its main sponsor, Backscreen, whose support helped make the event a resounding success.

Moderating the event with charisma and clarity was Natalie Stanislajevic, who expertly guided the audience through thought-provoking conversations.
