Chinese battery maker CATL invests in electric aircraft developer Autoflight

SHANGHAI (Reuters) – Chinese battery-making giant CATL signed a pact on Saturday to invest several million dollars in Autoflight, the developer of electric aircraft said in a statement.

Both companies will develop batteries for electric aircraft that could fly a longer distance with higher load capacity, Auytoflight added.
